At JUNI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all JUNI tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
